芝士 :蔬菜 灯笼椒焗芝士

今天吃疏,因为没有真正的全疏(vegetarian )所以加了蒜和洋葱。
其实奶制品和芝士都不是属于/适合蔬食者。只是Sara爱吃清淡的,肉类也尽量少吃。看看这一盘子的菜,颜色都赢了一半吧!

北京包菜切细


胡萝卜切细

新鲜Shiitake


切片

洋葱切细



颜色灯笼椒切半或蒂部切1/4 ( 如图  )



将个色灯笼椒内的种子取出

所有材料准备好



香喷喷的蒜蓉胡萝卜炒饭

奶油切记低温煮哦



加入洋葱炒至金黄/有香气

少数盐


奶油有点焦了!加入黑胡椒粉

好友特地带我到Sarawak特产店买的!非常香浓



加入新鲜冬菇,胡萝卜

再来一点的姜茸( Sara爱多姜味的)

小孩子吃就得减少啊

别把菇炒过熟噢

烤盘加油纸再放上灯笼辣椒

第一层放炒饭再加芝士小片

再加炒好的菜(冬菇)

铺满炒饭

黑胡椒粉 ( 可以放coriander /其它辛香料 )

加入大片芝士

烤至微焦黄的芝士才美味

看到吗?红色的盖子( red capsicum ) 好多水份啊!

Emm 。。。

做于参考。任何材料个人喜好!饭可以多炒。灯笼椒有的很大个有的很小所以食谱的份量就得自己去衡量啊!

      Thanks ! I like capsicum ! If change Tom Yam fried rice the taste is perfect !
