3 Diference Peanut Cookies

Peanut Cookies

【 SUPER CHUNK PEANUT COOKIES 】

Peanut cookies are popular cookies Malaysians prepare for the festive seasons, such as Chinese New Year and Hari Raya.

Super chunk Peanut cookies

Ingredients
300g peanuts,
180g cooking oil ( Salted Butter )
150g icing sugar
300g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt ( optional )
1 egg yolk, beaten
Peanuts, halved (for decoration)

Method
Preheat oven to 180 deg C
Grind the peanuts in a food processor or grinder till fine (do not over grind : super chunk )

In a large bowl, cream the butter with sugar. Mix in the eggs and beat well.
Add the grounded peanuts and mix well.

Mix flour together, then shift it into the butter mixture a little at a time. Mix well into the mixture to
form a soft dough.Shape the dough into small balls and arrange it on a greased backing tray. Brush the surface of each ball with the egg yolk and decorate the top with halved peanut.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Cool on a rack and store in an air-tight container when cool.

Below is Super Find Peanut Cookies
Same recepi , grind the peanut until super fine . Oil / butter only 140 gm .

【 Super Fine Peanut Cookies  】

Salted Butter
