Chewy Granola Bars loaded with Oats, Dried Fruits and Nuts

上个月上网"Little Thumbs Up " 被吸引。这个月的食材在上给月就准备(当然耐放食物)。孩子们也“ 妈咪!顶你不顺啊!”老公:哇!吃一个月麦片啊?”他什么都高(胆固醇--高,血压--高,  尿酸--高 ) 应该多吃可是他偏偏不吃。我和他相反!验血后才知道我的体内缺乏胆固醇、血糖过底、、、。哈!我为自己“哈”我。。。原来平常我过于注意饮食变成缺少应有的“成份”!而老公他一直都不注意饮食的什么都高不出奇哦!他现在才说:要注意饮食了!

买了几种麦:麦粉,麦粒,燕麦和颗粒麦。今天又来试发图了!希望这的网不出问题!阿弥陀佛!

我喜欢“麦”食物。做糕,甜的,咸的,烹饪的。好多关于吃的都能用麦当主食或后备!麦片bar好久没吃。以前做过几次,发觉自己很不行!首次不放油纸粘烘盘后果你们都懂咯!第二次没有水麦芽就还麦芽糖烘了根本牙齿咬不到!太硬了!哈!好笨呐!

上给月mark的食谱。现在copy cat 来咯了!






INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cupsQuick Cooking Oats  ( 圆粒麦)
  • 1 cupDried Cranberries ( 半杯Cranberries 半杯 D Apricots 切片)
  • 1 cupSunflower Seeds  ( 南瓜子 - 烤香)
  • 1 cupSlivered Almonds ( 烤香)
  • 1/2 cupMini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can/300ml Condensed Milk ( 200ml 加 100ml 淡奶 )
  • 1/4 cupCanola Oil 
  • 1 cupUnsweetened Applesauce ( 无糖黄梨果酱 )
PROCEDURE:
  1. Preheat oven to 325F/160C for 15 minutes. Line a 13×9 inch pan with aluminum foil and grease it well with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl mix together oats, cranberries, seeds, nuts and chocolate chips.
  3. Add condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Also stir in the oil and applesauce until blended.
  4. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Use a spatula to smoothen it. If you feel that the oats sticks to the spatula, grease it with cooking spray and smooth it out.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until top is lightly browned. I felt mine was not done after 25 minutes so gave it another 6 minutes. By then it had browned a little.
  6. Place the pan on a rack to cool slightly, then carefully lift the foil and place it on the wire rack. When it is cool completely cut it into bars. You can either go for the usual rectangular shaped bars (like the store bought ones) or squares. I cut them into squares to cut the calorie intake. Dipping the knife in hot water will enable easy cutting.

做法很简单,看图就知道了!我不大爱甜食所以减少炼乳。在这还没见过低糖炼乳有销售。南瓜子和杏仁片烤一会有点香味就取出。我没待凉直接放入盆子一起拌匀食材。然后才放湿的材料。这回有经验了戴上手套才开始拌匀!我的烤盘是11 x 11 的 而以上的食谱的份量做出来是不会有影响。我的烤箱调170度C 要35 分钟。我在20分钟将烤盘换一换位置,烤箱年纪老了,功能也一半一半!有时还会一部分不熟。

嗨呀!还好说呐!别说机器/电器就连自己“机器”也开始变坏啦!
